Orders:

How do I place an order?

Place the product of your choice in the shopping cart by clicking on the "shopping cart button". Then click on "complete order" to proceed to payment. Fill in your details and go through the steps. Only when you press the "confirm order" button will your order be final. Click here for more information about the ordering process.

Can I also pick up my order?

If we have had to print the clothing or textiles, the items are present in our warehouse. You can pick them up from us by appointment. Normally the goods will be delivered to you via our carriers. If the goods are not printed they will be delivered to the address you provide.

You can also have the goods delivered to a Pakjegemak delivery address near you where you can pick them up.

Will I receive a notification when I have placed an order?

After completing an order, we will send you an order confirmation and an invoice to the email address you provided.

Can I change or cancel an order?

 If you wish to change or cancel your order, we recommend that you contact customer service.

 

Payments:

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer several payment options such as IDEAL, Klarna and PayPal. Through our Payment Providers we can guarantee a 100% secure payment.

Will the order be delivered as quickly with each payment option?

No: all payment options are sent immediately.

What is the shipping cost of my order?

Shipping costs will be charged at check out.

 

Returns:

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, you can indicate within 14 days whether you wish to return the goods, after this you have another 14 days to actually return the items to us. During this period you can return the order unused, undamaged and complete in its original packaging. Please use either the return form or the withdrawal form and enclose it in the packaging.

Are there any costs involved in returning?

Unless otherwise agreed (e.g., in case of defects), the costs of return (so-called return costs) are for your own responsibility.

Can I return my order at any time?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The right to a refund expires after 14 working days.

How quickly will my refund be processed?

When you return a product you will receive a confirmation when it is received and processed. Within 2 weeks your money will be refunded or you will receive a new product. To process your return as quickly as possible, it is necessary that you follow the indicated procedure.
